Here are the hens at about 5 months old, they all sleep on the roost now.

Here is our original "coop" aka playhouse. It took a lot of TLC, but it turned out to be a perfect home for the hens.
I had to place the chickens on their roost... after the photo, they all slept under the water bucket until they were older.
Just added the nesting box to the old playhouse
One of the hazards of my job, I wonder if my hens would eat these? From what I understand they are paper wasps, they congregate in the terminals on the telephone phone poles. Fortunately for me, it was a little chilly on this day, so they just hung out while I worked.
