When done, the whole entirety of the alimentary canal and all accompanying organs are free of the bird and still attached to the skin. The head and feet are still attached to the skin as well.

Reach in past all the organs, grasp the whole bulk and pull steadily downward. The last thing to be pulled out with this move will be the crop, esophagus and trachea that was loosened earlier.

Turn bird and cut free the skin flap over the abdomen and any remaining attachments around the rectum.
Make sure all attachments along the spine and sides of the pelvis are free.
Run fingers and knife around pelvic opening, keeping fingers between the knife and colon...some of these attachments can be pulled loose by hand and some will need to be cut with a knife. Keep your knife close to the pelvic bones.
