Ok, so the roof was something I totally failed on. I dunno why I didn't think it through or at least write something, ANYthing down, but it was too short on one side. I put some flashing up as an overhang and so far it does a decent job.

I can't sew, but I'm wicked with fabric glue so I made the girls some cheery nest box curtains. My ladies like to keep their laying private.
The roof is on!
Like I said, we've never built anything so we had to learn as we went and that meant living with some mistakes. Like I forgot the roof needed to be sloped and I cut all the wood for the frames the same size so I had to add another 2x4 on top to give it slope. Cheaper than building a new frame for that side.
