I'm so sorry for your chicken loss, free range birds seem to always just disappear. Can you keep them penned? Problem now is once a predator locates free easy meal they won't stop till all are gone.
Well, something has been getting my chickens. My rooster is gone, as are three hens. I'm down to 2 hens and 3 chicklings. I don't have a gun. I'm thinking a live trap may be my only option.
