Well as long as it was just for a couple of hours or a day they will be fine.Many people have ups and downs with the temperature but for a short period there is no problem.
What you can do now is wait 5 more days and candle to see what is going on.Hope everything goes right!
You can keep them up to 10-15 days before incubating them.Keep them in a place with shade and room temperature.Turning them once or twice a day would be good too.

They do fly and they do it pretty well! My hen was flying like a wild mallard and so I caught her and cut her wing feathers.Now she looks a little ugly but they will grow again.Now I can rest assure she won't fly of my 6 ft fence.
