I called it a Royal Slate because I am assuming that is the two breeds that it may be from. I don't believe Narragansett was a breed they had on that farm. It does favor a very white Narragansett. I will check out the sites you sent me. Thank you.

I am not sure what type of crumbles you have. I had to chop mine up in a blender at first. They did better after that. I just got poults in May so not a great expert. That did work for me.
