You seem to plan for feed and water....you might want to consider shade and heat or wind and rain. They can survive for some time with the right planning, but I'll bet when you return they will have a lot to say to you, as I find my flock enjoys interacting with us and tells me if I am early or late to get them their needs. Enjoy your time away as needed. Sounds like you have a good plan. They will appreciate it.
