Well, I see what you mean now. I did not know there was a bib or bow tie or neither. Everything I’ve read on the internet just showed the clump of feathers on the neck and called that a bow tie. Learn something new every day! Thank you so much for this information!

I have a Cock that came from a Naked Neck Mom & a Silkie Dad. He was born with neck feathers instead of without. If I bred him to a Silkie Hen, would any of the chicks from that be born without neck feathers or would all of those chicks have neck feathers like him? Pic is of him:
