I have this same exact issue and would love some insight as well, little one so shaky can't walk very well and much smaller than the others (same age). Thanks!

We had a smaller box last year and it didn't last. Since we have been doing this yearly we decided to make the last brood box we will ever need!

This is our second brood box. The last one worked well, but I needed to make some improvements. We currently have 24 chicks and they are enjoying the space.

We had similar issue and found it was racoons. Not sure if it helps..

Update, the coop is working great. The ladies have been producing eggs happily! More pics to come soon!

Thanks for the reply, reason I ask is that the head looks different than most of the others including the the other Easter Eggers. Looks bigger.. fuller. I will try and take some better pics.
