I figured out what had happened. We had a Light Brahma rooster that would wait until Roo went to preform his roosterly duties then peck at his head and face while he was distracted. The whole flock has been doing a LOT better since the Brahma had his close encounter with a crock pot.
He's doing a whole lot better. Thank you for the help. I'm sorry to take so long getting back to you. Getting ready for winter has had me wound up and distracted.

We actually managed to get almost the exact ratio that we shot for. We got one of each rooster and one bantam rooster.
