    this is not my video but this is what she was doing. only difference is her quacking or, whatever sound she was making, was a bit more high pitched.

    Calls have a higher pitched voice than other duck species. I've never seen a duck head bob like this before. It might be what the video says, her flirting, but it's also possible there's something else going on. I'd watch her for any other concerning behaviors.
