What about removing the glass from the window and covering it with hardware cloth for ventilation and making a pop door below it? If I make smaller high up filtered vents in the garage will that be enough ventilation? Would an open window like that be too cold? Assuming I cover the run to...

Update: "Chevrolet" (my daughter thinks this is the most beautiful name in the world) is doing great! She's a bit smaller than her buddies, but is getting along fine and isn't bullied or anything. She's a light brahma, so I'm sure she'll be big in no time :)

Gotcha. I for sure have room to make mine bigger and I can totally add more ventilation. Do you think one large window on one side is enough though? Or do I need a hole on both sides?
