Does anyone know why my Brahma Rooster has this on his legs? I want to say it's his feathers because I know there is no mites. Does anyone have any tip on what to do?

I'd post on the emergencies/health forum. Initial thoughts are he's getting feather-picked on the feet and the red skin is irritated as a result. Some red on the legs is a normal sign of rooster testosterone levels I believe, but this looks quite excessive and also specifically in the area he's trying to sprout those feathers.

Thank you so much. I've seen some of the hens pick on his feet that's when I started to put the picking ointment spray on. I also soaked it in epsom salt. Do you think I should take my rooster to the vet? @CoopBoots
