Thank you. Those would definitely be an option. I just didn't know if there were any local people who sold chicks that I could pick up. It'll be my first chickens, I just want to see/learn as much as possible. :)

Hey Oregonians! Does anyone in southern Oregon, specifically Medford have any personal recommendations on where to get chicks locally? I'll be there in 11 days :), and would love references. I'm looking for 4 or 5 day olds. Thank you all!

I am moving back to Medford in 12 days, and I want to know as much as possible before I can get some chicks. I want to know where I can get day old chicks? I would prefer chicks I can pick up that were raised and loved locally. Also I was thinking 4 or 5 chicks, I'm not sure if that matters:)...

I voted, even though I don't have mine yet. Less than a month and we'll be moved and I can get my very first 4, or 5 chicks. I am soooo excited!!
