I have 2 black Silkies that bow, stare and fluff their neck feathers and fight just like Roos. Can anyone help me Sex them? The picture is clearer once you click it. Any help is appreciated. I love them and don't want to get rid of them if they aren't roos.

Now THAT is doable :) You'll probably have to pick and keep just one roo, though. 3 will be too many and from my experience with silkies, the roos are like chihuahuas lol; they think they're scarier if they act like they're tough ha-ha. My silkie roo was really rough on my big hens and avoided...

Hey y'all! I'm new here, my name is Kayla and I have 5 Silkies that I've absolutely grown so obsessed with that I'm making my husband expand our coop to add to our flock! My Silkies are about 8 months old, I'm almost positive that 3/5 are roosters and I've wondered why they weren't laying!Guess...

My Silkies roost underneath my table on my back porch, lol. They are BIG snugglers and look like a ball of fur at night.

I have 5 Silkies who I thought were all hens but I believe 3/5 are Roosters. I want to add 2 Easter Eggers Hens and 2 blue laced Wyandotte hens. How do you think that will fair out? I've never had anything other than Silkies. Any help is appreciated.
