So I've heard button quail could live in an aquarium, and I've heard they shouldn't... Well can they or not?! I have an empty 25 gallon tank I would want to put a trio in so I could get fertile eggs. What all would I have to do to make it a safe environment?

This is the chick after just a little chipping away. You can see his head and eye just peeking out. YES! I said no more assisting... No more assisting.... Then finally, AHH!!! I can't hold back anymore! The poor guy was just peeping away, all day!

It peeped mid day yesterday and has been zipped since I woke up. So sometime this morning. It has so much fluid! Some of it drained out but it's so gooey! :/

I woke up this morning to find my eggs scattered in my incubator... Turns out we had 5earthquakeslast night!! I guess they will be fine? I'm on lockdown day 18-19

Its ok! My first hatch (about a month ago) the same thing happened! It took them around 24 hours to start zipping. Now I'm on hatch two, just put them in lockdown!! Can't wait!!! :D

Good news! Both dogs can actually be in the same room withy he chickens!! :) of course I would never leave them alone together! I'm ready for these classes to begin! :)
