    I just got one Svart Hona egg from Pam when I bought a pair of Sulmtalers. Didn't want to risk getting 2 boys & figured could buy mate, later. It hatched so easy & is so vigorous /healthy I should have gotten more!

    I have the red black brested sulmtaler roosters. They were headed to freezer camp this weekend so your timing is great. I have white Bresse too, You might want to look at the barbezaux They are up there with the Bresse as best tasting but they are a roasting bird while breese are better for...

    Formal raised pond, aquatic plants & DUCKS?

    Wow...someone paid money for water hyacinth! Please,ask around....most States spend millions controlling it. Should be able to fish out some free from non-polluted ditches. Also,Pickerel Weed,Spider or Mugwort, Pennywor/Dollar weed, sedges, cattails. I harvest wild swamp sunflowers and grasses...

    At opticell. Glad it worked for you. I advanced to carrying mine around,too but he has gotten too mean. So sad...thought I'd found a cure but well worth trying. I've no kids and he only hates me and mom so I won't make him dinner until no choice.

    Re: rooster attacking....try this. My rooster did a few stealth,side-ways jumps at my leg,but when I looked he was innocently pecking grass...so ,not sure,I ignored it. Third time he was braver,faced off & jumped me,head on...despite a gentle chest kick he repeated it,the next day,to a couple...

    Oh,no....3wk terrors! We got two duckling about a week ago....a two day old Khaki Campell&2wk old Mallard.... the mallard was so scared he made me cry...he has the little one spooked.The feed store had them in with grown chicken who pecked him. Now it may get even worse???? Poor thing....we try...
