I am raising about 400 toulouse geese on my small farm to make some good, fatty liver. If you have any advice, please let me know.
They'll have a great life for several seasons then they'll get fattened up and ready to eat. I'm so exited.
I am so excited. I have just released my first group of geese onto pasture. More are growing up in the barn, but aren't quite old enough to survive outside.
They are going to have a good time for seasons before meeting the gavage, and butcher. I just love foie gras.
