    Absolutely. Eggs slow a bit but I was getting 1-2 eggs per day from 3 hens during the winter.

    Mine started at 24 weeks if I recall. I have 3 hens and a drake. I have all the eggs I can handle. We have had very good luck incubating the eggs. Hatched 6 so far this year.

    I first learned to process birds on YouTube a few years ago. It actually went pretty well. I wished I had someone to help first hand though. I canonize each bird after cooking them. Godly indeed! Just kidding. I don’t know anything about caponizing. Good luck!!
