Hey all so my 18 birds have access to a green paddock all day I’ve noticed ther poo had bits of grass and is a bit watery is that normal

What I have been doing is getting 1 scoop of mash and adding a bit of water to wet it so it’s like a mash and they love ig

It’s in a compost pile they gave layers pellets and chicken mash in dishes

Yes that is what I meant sorry my English is bad

Ferment ing is literally letting it sit there for 4 days

So is it safe to soak feed

Hey all I got a chciken mash ( a mix of corn oats barley pellets) the man said to soak it in water and apple cider to make it better I did that and the hens loved it was that okay to do

I gave them milk today they attacked it they get a lot of organic waste there so healthy and give big eggs

ok then I’ll stick to giving them fresh milk they love there produce bucket mixed with cooked meat vegetables milk they have tellers
