This is one of my Turken hens the same age. They have bigger combs than the rest of the hens but not huge

He's a big ol' roo haha 4 months old now and this is what he looks like.

Hahaha I think you're right about them all being born a little off, she's the only one out of all my chickens that does these kooky things. She's a lot of fun to watch, always makes me laugh! She was the free mystery chick from my Murray mcmurray hatchery order and I'm so glad I got her. Thanks...

Haha that is so cute that they watch over her like that! I wish my chickens were that nice, I have some older ones that I had to integrate all my new chickens in with and there's a few that aren't very friendly to the young ones. My Polish girl's feet look fine though, except one of her toenails...

Well I'm glad to hear she lived 3 years! That would be a hard one to forget. I don't mind helping my girl out, I hope she can live to 3 years or more. Thanks for your help! I never would have thought of brain damage

Oh wow I wonder if that's what happened to her then, she doesn't act too odd in any other ways that I've noticed yet, she gets lost easier and kind of doesn't know what's going on sometimes but I thought it was because she can't see around her as well, I try to trim the feathers so she can see...

I've noticed that my Polish girl likes to sit on her hocks a lot when she sits. Is this ok or is there something wrong? She doesn't have any problems walking at all

That's for sure! I hope I don't have any more roosters in the bunch, I ordered 15 pullets from Murray McMurray, so far 2 are cockerels

I'm thinking roo because the comb is twice as large as the other Turken chicks and much more red. But I don't have any experience with turkens so I'm not sure!
