The medicine and feeding were a success so far! I got the medicine in and managed to get a decent amount of Kaytee's in as well. Once I got the tube in, she relaxed a bit. Thanks again for your help! I'll continue feeding her this way and hopefully things will turn around.

Thank you very much for your reply. I have found a feeding tube and syringe and plan on crop feeding her medicine and some food tonight. I looked up a few instructions and feel pretty good about trying it. Thanks again for your help.

Wow, I never thought about grinding the egg shells and feeding them back to the chickens. Do you clean the outisde of them off before grinding them? One of my chickens has laid 2 deformed eggs and 1 shelless egg. I'm trying to figure out what to do.

Thanks for the heads up cafarmgirl. Yesterday she actually laid a partially formed egg. I've decided she was egg bound, since she has never laid an egg that looks like this and she is back to acting like her normal self. Here's a pic. Thanks for your help!
