What do you give them other than the sprouted barley to bump the protein up in their diet?

So I was just wondering if anyone was ever able to get some in North America? I am up in Pennsylvania and I would LOVE to start raising these guys!!!

Can you feed quail chicks a full fodder diet or do they need something else along with it?
