Yesterday I got 4 three week old bronze turkey chick's their mother was taken by a fox and the people did not want to raise them themselves, got them home fine and they were drinking and they ate a bit,but when I got home from work this morning they were all flat out, weak, tilting heads back...

Got 5 chick's 3 have dies :-(

Ya no I've tried all that she seems dehydrated and have been giving her water from a syringe but no improvement.

Got 5 chick's today from the feed store. One is not drinking or eating others are doing fine have been getting some water into her but no change and keeping her warm. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have a 8 year old Royal Palm Tom that I have had sence he was a year old. He is so tame. When I was in high school he would follow me to the bus stop athen walk back home then be there at 4 when I got off the bus too! I take him to fairs and the judges think I'm nuts! LOL I really think it's...

I have a 8 year old Royla Palm Tom Turkey who is very healthy but a couple of weeks ago I relized his beard had shortened, his was at least 6 inches and now is only 2. Have never heard of them shedding their beards before. Any information would be great. Thanks!

So far she seems to be doing good, the swelling has gone down a bit. i believe shes going to be okay. but there doesn't look like there is an eye in there.

i will have to get them tomorrow. its 11 PM here and i dont have any on hand i did some more digging and found out i could make green tea not to warm tho and clean the area around the eye with that so that will work till tomorrow. Thank you both for your feed back it was alot of help. Love this...

They do not. I haven't seen him being rough with the ducks before, but i do have a real B-word of a hen that gets kinda peaky sometimes so definitely moving her for a bit...its inflamed do you know of anything that would bring the inflammation down??? she doesn't seem to be in pain. shes eating...

I manged to clean it up a bit with a clean cloth and warm water and it doesnt seem to be an eye in there.....do i still treat it with eye wound drops? This has never happened before

I came home to find my female rouen duck has a swollen eye. at first i thought the eye was gone but its just very swollen. there is discharge from the eye so i believe she must have gotten scratched. Can i use polysporin eye drops? just don't want it to get infected.

so unfortunately he passed away we did some more digging and turns out he had thrush we had him Quarantine him as soon as he seemed off

there are no feathers on their legs or any puffy feather spots on them. Thank you for all your feed backs
