6/10 of the light Sussex have hatched so far, 3 bantams have pipped (one has a tiny beak sticking out chirping but has decided he’s not ready to come out yet :lau) The 6 hatchlings are currently playing football with the remaining eggs so going to have some pretty dizzy chicks :lau

:love:love:love We got 3 hatchlings this morning, can see a few have unzipped so expect they will be out by time we get home and lots of pipped eggs.

Argh! Day 21 and anxiously waiting on 22 eggs with no sign of any hatching Would it make a difference that the eggs were originally put in the incubator about 11pm at night? Hoping to see some chicks by morning but how many days do I leave them before calling it quits and turning it off?

I believe he/she is around 3 weeks but is quite a bit bigger than the campbells. Just feel sorry for him/her sitting in the brooder by itself :(
