Help my hens are plucking each other's feathers!!!!!!

Anyone have any suggestions we have 9 hens and all but 2 have bare spots from being plucked from each other. We have tried adding the chicken swing and also the block treat in case it is caused by boredom. Not sure what to do:hu

4 1/2 month old hen has blood on her back end

We noticed this and have separated her from the others as they were pecking at her. Could this have been caused by our rooster? They are all 4 1/2 months old. Could something else be going on? Wondering if we should get rid of our rooster.

Could we have a rooster or is she just more mature than her sisters?

My daughter noticed today that one of our barred rocks has a much larger and redder comb than our other two. Is she just growing faster or do we have a rooster?:/
