I haven't been able to find anything regarding backyard chickens in this area. Pierce Co. has very clear guidelines. Does anyone know what the law is regarding 1/2 acre or a less with chickens?

Hi Lady of the Landfill: My husband and I are looking at property in southern Belfair and couldn't find any information on-line about the rules for keeping chickens in the area. Do you know where to find it or what the rules are regarding backyard chickens?

I am new to chickens. I have gone to local seminars and studied many guide. I hope this site can help me learn more and let me know if certain areas are chicken friendly. Not all counties and cities have this information readily accessible on-line.
