    I have only got 3 eggs out of my giant hen. The rooster doesn't seem too interested in her either. I'm not sure if I'm going to try to get more or just get rid of them. They sure do eat a lot.

    If those are pure salmon you just need to be patient. They should come in all black. Some males will, on occasion, show some "frosting" on there black feathers. That is bot desirable, but don't make any culling decisions until they have their adult plumage.
