Love the machine and the bottom hatching tray is fine but when you have 200 plus eggs the steel trays with the tops must only be designed for quail only. I called GQF today, And I might might as well have been talking to a wall. The level of customerless service is there downfall.
I just wanted to know if they had deeper trays so my Chickens did not have to do the low crawl on the hatching trays, And the ray of sunshine on the other end of the line could only say no that they get them from somewhere else. So I asked if there was a R and D department and I guess the answer must have been no. I was disconnected. So I guess that I need to take it upon myself to be creative.
Maybe someone else has gone through this and figured something better out. I would appreciate any ideas or what you may have done. Thank you.
