Sizzle

Absolutely love my Frizzled Sizzle Rooster! I am not sure what the coloring is called but he is all dark gray. He is so sweet. He was hatched with other Sizzles and Silkies so he has a "brother" Silkie and they spar seldomly and hang together all the time. I think the sparing is just for fun though!

I got two today, they were very untame, but they soon got very friendly.

The Silkie and Frizzle cross bred hybrid chicken! You can not help but smile when you look at a sizzle chicken. Sometimes you'll even want to laugh at them because they are just THAT cute. We have a black sizzle rooster who recently became father to ten new born chicks. We now have our second generation of sizzles. Sizzles are fairly new and unique in their feathering and on their way to becoming a recognized new breed of bantam chicken. They definitely come with a whimsical overdose of cuteness. They maintain the calm nature of the silkie too. Our sizzle rooster will sit on your lap for hours if you let him.

I just got my first Sizzles recently and love them. They are 2 weeks old and are so frisky. They hop and jump about and drive their foster mother crazy. They ar being raised by my Silver Partridge silkie hen and she loves her little ones. They sizzles are very unique in their style. They are such a joy to have around! I would recommend them to anyone.

I love my sizzles! They have the sweetest personality! They follow us around as we do yard work and come when we call them. I love petting them! They are very soft and curly! Great broody hens! Fun to watch! Very unique little pets to have around! Great with Children too!

Sweet natured, unique, lovable chickens.

A sizzle is a Silkie with curly feathers. Same personality, egg laying and maturity rate. Love seeing them running around the pen. Visitors are in awe and want to hold them.
