8 chicks had a nineth that started to zip but wasn’t strong enough and was dead by the time I intervened. Have a few more eggs I’m going to give a few more hours in the incubator but I think the hatch is mostly done.
After a three year hiatus I now have the opportunity to get back into breeding. I got a dozen lovely Blue Wheaten/Wheaten eggs from Gypsy Hen out of Oklahoma.
I did keep three of my hens from my original flock I hope to get a few chicks out of them next year with the best rooster i get out of...
