Getting out of peacocks and wanting to sell my quad group and a 2 1/2 year old male fathered from the group. Dad is high 95% java green. Asking $300obo. Can’t ship. Located in Sebring FL.
Since you didn't catch the cat and release him back to his parents. Best is keep him in the brooder and feed him Purina wild game starter crumbles. Can't feed it any other feed because all others have medication in the feed and will kill the bird.
I don't think I'll be selling any anytime soon. First few batches I'll trade with other breeders to get different blood and more unrelated birds like my first pair.
Just sold all my albino adults for $25 each. Not a rare bird anymore. You can go on eBay furring laying season and get 6 eggs for $30.

Thanks for the info tony. I am in central Florida. It's 65f outside right now. Summer it's high 90s during the day and mid 70s at night, winter at night average mid 50' and mid 70s during the day.
Today I started my roul roul partridge pen build. The pen is going to be 8x8x7. Got in the main poles and the base today. Used 2"x16"x8' for the base birds and put 4" of them under ground. Inside the pen I'll be putting 1ft of sand for the birds. It is being built over a existing low light...
Hello I need some pointers for Roul Roul partridge. I am picking up a pair from a local breeder in January. I am about to start construction on there averary. It is going to be 14' long x 5' wide x 8' high. The ground is going to be sand and I'm going to use small wire so I can keep some...
I know he isn't a 100% green. What would he be considered or called? I am newer to peacocks and trying to learn what all my birds are. He is going to be 3 this year and this will be his first year with his train.
Was out in my duck pen today and got worried because my female ring teal is missing. After looking around the pen I was like ok I'll check out the nesting boxes. Sure enough she is in there with 4 eggs. I was so happy to see she has laid. How many eggs will she lay until she sets? Is it usual...
