    Here is a Pic of one of them stealing a 50 LB bag of chicken feed. They open my feed shed and take the bag's Without disturbing anything else in the shed. If it wasn't for the door being open and the feed missing you would not even know they were there.

    If I were you I would put up a game Cam and see whats going on. Your coop also needs to be more secure, Raccoons can get into tight spaces and are pretty smart about figuring things out.

    It's hard to say all depends on the birds, Maybe put them in same coop as him but keep them seprate with a gate or something untill they get used to each other, then let them out together in the yard and watch.
