Has anyone noticed the monster type face or gorilla face in the pic of the Week? It is in the feathers on the left side of the pic of the blue hen. The eyes and forehead are pretty easy to see. The chin and lower face are left more to the imagination.

How can I tell if EE roosters carry the blue egg color gene? Is breeding them the only way to tell? I have two gorgeous cockerals that are out of an Ameraucana rooster but not sure what breed of hens. They are colored just like the sire but do not have muffs. They do have the dark legs. Thanks

I have two big blue hens that are supposed to be Blue Rosecomb Minorcas. I have never seen or heard anyone talk of these. They don't have the large white ears like the black Minorca so I am not sure if they really are minorcas. Has anyone seen these or have any experience with them?

I have a Naked Neck Easter Egger rooster. He is out of a NN rooster and an EE hen. He has muffs like an Ameracauna so my question is since he has muffs does that mean he will also carry the blue egg gene? Can he carry one and not the other?
