As mentioned I do get some chicks with white toenails and rarely one with some white feathers. They are all black, the combs do have a red hue to them on some of my roosters where they are not charcoal black. They do not have red combs by any means but there is a reddish tint to them.

There are good sellers on Ebay, the other batches I bought had good fertility and they are Ayam Cemani. Considering the cheapest other source I could find outside of Ebay wanted 5x the price for the eggs I am overall very happy.

Yeah that is where I am leaning too. I will cull all the ones that had the problem, maybe a couple years into it I can reduce the problem.
