Hello, I'm a little late to the conversation but wanted to say hi! My family and I just move to Los Lunas and it's great to see so many of you are right here.

We are in Los Lunas... So 30's at night still. I'm just happy they are outside now! They were getting big and stinky in the garage. Hope we can turn the heat lamp off soon. They are all huddled under it every morning when I go out to open the run up.

Our birds are 7 weeks, and have been out in their coop for two weeks. When can we turn the heat lamp off at night? Thanks!

My son picked him/her out at the local Tractor Supply this week. They had assorted bantams so you could be correct.

No idea what type this little (hopefully girl) chick is. She/he is so tiny tho. Way smaller than all of our other chicks.

We really love it here. Just moved from the East Coast. Huge change...in a good way. Any good swat meets or local hatcheries? We've bought our current 14 babies at the local Tractor Supply but have no idea what we have. They either weren't labeled or were labeled incorrectly. Thanks!
