I gave my chickens some melon today and they went crazy... it was the funniest thing ever, almost as funny as watching them try to figure out the worm I dropped in their run... I think they thought it was a snake....lol Anyway, just sharing
I have posted pics before, but these are updated. They are all about 7-8 weeks old and have changed so much! Any help with Breed or gender would be appreciated. We are hoping for at least one rooster! Thanks in advance!
I have a small amount on bantam chicks. At about a week old, one of them acted sick and did not want to move. After a few days, it was up and acting normal again. None of the other chicks have acted like they are sick and they all seem normal. Now they are about 6-7 weeks old and the same chick...
One of my chicks is sick and I am not sure it will make it... it seems hot and is not moving much, but nothing wrong with stool... it is drinking and eating a little... but does not want to move... not sure what is wrong, they are on medicated chick feed which kills cocc... something or other...
Bantam, dang it.. I meant Bantam!! I have 7 chicks of all whom I have no idea what breed or sex even these chicks are. I am a first time chicken owner and would love to know what breed they might be. They are about 6 weeks old. Any help would be appreciated!
This is my first day as a member and I am excited... which is so weird....lol... I am new to raising chickens and have been enjoying it so far. I have 7 bantams, though I do not know what kind... they have all changed so very much! Anyway, hello :)
