Will an Indian runner drake breed with other types of ducks,
I have 2 Indian runner ducks, 1 penkin, 1 chiltern, 1 khaki Campbell, 1 Aylesbury, and 1 magpie,
If I get an Indian runner drake will the IR ducks be over busyor will he also visit the other breeds of ducks,
So went out to put in my free ranging ducks and only 3 out of 5 were in their enclosed pen ready for the door to be shut,
After a short search I found the khaki Campbell beheaded but body was unmarked,
I then looked a bit more and found my Aylesbury, it is a younger bird then the khaki but...
Just thought I'd post some pics of my finished chicken coop (finished??? need to add a window) and duck coop, and as title says mini secure runs, I also let them out into 1/3 of an acre to free range in it,
About 4 weeks ago I got 10 chickens, all in and around 20 weeks old, (18-21), the day before yesterday I got my first egg and then 2 eggs yesterday so 2-3 are laying, should I switch to layer pellets now even before the rest start laying or is it too soon???
