If she still seems lethargic/ in shock you may want to move a heater near her hospital cage. Birds have higher core body temperatures then us so sometimes keeping their temp. up in a cold room takes up too much energy. Also, is she eating on her own? It is essential that she gets enough nutrients.

Shouldn't effect the eggs. Never heard anything about a withdrawal period in all my research about Tri-Neo. Anyway, I ate the eggs while treating a few of my hens... nothing was different... and I'm obviously still here. :)
