Well I think Percy is a girl. She started the honk/quack thing tonight still very early but I think we got a she!! Woot. So excited for that small glimmer of hope. Yeah for almost quacking!

Ok Percy is 3weeks old now. We go "it" at a week old. So I have no clue what sex it is. Any guesses??

I am picking up a single duckling that hatched at the breeder today. Anyone have ducklings in north al cutrtenly. Trying not to raise a singleton.

The eggs arevery much like chicken eggs just a stringer egg flavor. If you feed them like chickens not much difference. However if you feed them fish the eggs have a funny taste. This is only my experience though

That's a little far. I am about 30min from Tenn. We only have a all flock. So I guess I am being picky. I would love.to have some Ancona or Swedish. Wouldn't mind a mscovy that would.go broody for us. We.keep our ducks for.eggs.and as.pets.so the more eggs they produce.the better

True and I agree. I have started my search for ducks locally that are "cute" to me. Must ducks here we come
