I got lucky and hatched 30 out of 33. The last struggled and I had to remove some of the shell. Now he has dried with a real hard goo on him. What can I do?

I candled mine yesterday at day 18. I'm new to this but this morning day 19 I have one that has pipped. Is this ok? I'm using a hova bator forced air.

Can't quit getting up out of my chair and looking! I'm going nuts! Lol

I am using a hova bator forced air for the first time. Today is lockdown humidity is at 65%. Should both vent holes be open? I have them out and upside down covering about half of each hole. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
