Incubator running a little high?

It should be OK. What kind of eggs are they? As some bantams eg Pekins can be a little early. Once they have pipped it can take them some time to progress so don't worry just yet.

I candled mine yesterday at day 18. I'm new to this but this morning day 19 I have one that has pipped. Is this ok? I'm using a hova bator forced air.
My last hatch at least half of them were pipped by the end of day 19, though none actually zipped and completely hatched until day 20 and they finished hatching earlyish day 21. It's fine. Bantams are known to pip and hatch earlier also if your average temp was a bit higher than recommended you can see hatching start a day or two early as well. Congrats on the pip, just remember it can take 24 hours to hatch after they pip. And make sure your humidity is up, vents are open and egg turning is stopped. Good luck!
