I have two chicks whose legs stretch forward and up and won't extend downward. Is this treatable or should I cull? I have another chick whose legs look like this It's getting stronger but not sure it will ever be self reliant.

Here's the first chick for your guessing pleasure. I'm guessing that this chick is Pg/Pg but possibly over partridge so it won't ever have clear lacing. What other genes could contribute to this plumage?
