I have two broody ducks.They had 10 eggs in one nest and now have split the eggs dead even and each have 5 in their own nest.Now when one leaves their nest the other takes her eggs and sits on them until she comes back then seperates them again.Is this normal??

Lastnight we rescued a shrinkwrapped duck that was in duck coop, we brought back outside and mother finished getting him/her out and we put it back in the nest and mother and another female immediately sat on it..this morning it is gone.Missing no signs of predators.Any ideas of what went...

Is this normal, I read two different things one says dehyrdation or let swim.They are just short of two weeks old, one has skin hanging like a snake shedding skin..Thanks!

It really looks like they don't want him/her as to say "I'm not your momma, I didn't hatch you"... Is this common with incubated eggs?

Hey so I had our eggs incubating humidity was at 76 and paper said 80 so I misted in there lightly, eggs was moving before but now not much. Please tell me I did not compromise them?
This egg is from my cayuga duck, I think atleast but usually hers is all gray.My newest chickens are only 3 months so too young to lay right?Anyone see an egg like this and is it anything I should be worried about?
