My hens love it. They rush me when I'm feeding them, and I find they go right for the food. They eat it all up, and I have far less waste. They love both the Layena Pellets and the Omega-3 pellets, and I love feeding them food they love!

Yes, all the chicks that I saw who came out of the blue/green eggs have dark legs. Here's a picture of a small group of them. (The one in the middle I believe was out of a brown egg, so either my Brown Bovan Hen or my Silver Laced Wyandotte.)

As of this morning, no pips or anything. But I'm afraid I may have messed up. My temp was a bit on the low side for the first five days. But they were fresh eggs, so I'm hoping it may just take another day or so to hatch.

Thanks so much everyone! Mom called the egg "Tweet" and so that's the little one's name. It's cute because if mom or I start talking to it, it comes out from under the Brinsea brooder. I told mom I bet it recognizes our voices since we talked to the egg all the time.
