    First chicken coop finally done!

    Thanks for your response Deb, I appreciate it. Yeah, I did read postings about poultry wires being flimsy protectors and that hardware cloths are the best, although a bit pricey. So far nothing bad has happened yet so I may have to cross the bridge when I get there. Thanks again Deb.

  6. Built a small access door on the right side of the large main door for our flock to go in and out of the coop without opening the large door. I installed the hinges at the bottom of the door so that it opens and drops down to serve as a ramp.
