hi. my hygrometers read really high ratings so i took out all the water in both incubators. they are both brinsea mini advance incubators. now my hygrometers read 30% humidity. is it okay if i just incubate with out water until day 18?

i put a cup with salt and water mixed. my hygrometer read 65% so does that mean it is always 10% under? so if it reads 45% its 55?
