Thanks! I just just bought chick feed. I figured a little wouldn't hurt them, but I wasn't even sure how much they had eaten in the first place.

I am going to be buying starter feed sometime today, I looked up if they could eat the crumble and found out that they couldn't because of the calcium, never will I make the same mistake again. I took out the feed from their area, they only ate a little I think so I hope that won't hurt them...

Sorry for posting this twice. Should I like, maybe 'assist' with hatching the egg just in case maybe by chance the chick didn't die within the egg? I'm not sure, but it'd be nice to know if it survived.

Does anyone think I should maybe help along with the 'hatching' of the smashed egg? Maybe if by any chance the chick survived, then maybe I could get it out?

Yeah, I expected her to be smaller than the others but was getting concerned about her size and how much she was eating. She is definitely a unique one, always greets me at the gate with the others and follows me around. I can't wait to see if she'll make it to laying eggs, she has surprised us...
