It is here in PA so I hear from a poultry farmer nearby. I agree with culling to protect the healthy birds in other areas. I want to know if you can incinerate the birds rather than burying them. Does anyone know?
Not exactly sure if I understand you correctly, but for the cracks in between, the sub flooring is a great idea. My husband does rubber roofing and that comes in handy. As far as the issue underneath, can you set it up a little higher with cement blocks?
