    Over a year old, and last night they refused to get in the coop for the first time. I was exhausted, so told them good luck . I guess they had a rough night, because this evening they were in early . Only problem is two are gone . Found one pile of feathers. Down to 7 birds . Hope they hatch...

    My Guineas tricked an attacking hawk into flying into the trampoline. It got it's talons snagged in the net .I gave the hawk a lecture about stealing poultry, and set him free .

    Building a new coop for winter. Plus more coyote proof . Planning on an interior enclosed area for roosting and not sure if I should add nest boxes. If so, how high or at ground level? Anyone have good ideas? Thanks.

    Thank you all for your help with my guineas. Eleven weeks and only lost one. My puppy played too rough . They put themselves to bed, stay in the yard mostly, and keep everyone laughing .

    My keets are only 6 weeks old, but one is already the leader . When I try to get the group to do anything, he gets tall and very loud. It's like he tells them don't do that. But I have meal worms so i win

    Thanks for all your advice. I think they are establishing the "pecking order". The little dudes still do everything together. And every fight they run to the gate and call for help . Super glad I found you guys before I started this adventure!

    Hi guys, My keets are 6 or 7 weeks old and fighting .I hear one crying and his/her face and neck are bloody . Should I seperate it or just let them work it out? Also, what do I put on wounds? Neosporin? Thanks
